The Panerai community is arguably the most dedicated and brand loyal watch enthusiasts around. One thing is certain, Paneristis are on top when it comes to strap switching. The Firenze Collection is our take on straps for you; A fun alternative to the classic strap choices.
The Leather
All straps are laser cut from premium vegetable tanned Swedish saddle leather supplied by Tärnsjö Garveri. The tannery was founded back in 1873 and the village is home to the only saddlery school in the Nordic. The tannery only uses the byproduct of the local meat industry and the majority of the hides are sourced from two cattle farms just outside of Tärnsjö.
The Straps
We use a single layer construction with a single keeper, and all straps are fitted with tubes. The dye options are classic; Black, Cognac and Natural with a variety of stitching options. The standard dimensions are 125mm/75mm, but since the straps are laser cut we do custom sizing upon request. The straps are available in three different widths 22mm, 24mm and 26mm and has a thickness of 4,5–5,5mm.
The Design
The engravings aim to highlight the rich history of Panerai and its naval heritage. The patterns are laser engraved with precision and colored by hand in our art studio. At launch the collection consists of four different models, but our goal is to expand it with new designs based on inputs from our clients.
Il Casco
